Measuring principle
The FK-FLM200 operates based on the turbine rotation principle.
Inside the flowmeter body, a precision magnetic impeller is installed in the measuring tube. When liquid flows through the pipeline, it strikes the impeller blades, causing the impeller to rotate.
The angular velocity of the impeller is directly proportional to the flow rate of the liquid.
As the impeller rotates:

The embedded magnet passes a Hall-effect sensor.

The sensor generates a pulse signal.

The pulse frequency is proportional to the flow rate.
-
The transmitter converts the pulse frequency into a standard electrical signal.

The display unit shows instantaneous flow rate and totalized flow.
This pulse-based measurement ensures high repeatability and accurate liquid flow monitoring.
