The remote type ultrasonic level transmitter is a non-contact, highly reliable, and cost-effective instrument for continuous level and distance measurement of liquids and bulk materials. The split-type structure separates the sensor probe from the display and control unit, allowing flexible installation in harsh or space-limited environments.
The instrument is easy to install and maintain, with no direct contact with the measured medium. Developed with proprietary technology and advanced signal processing algorithms, it meets the requirements of most industrial level measurement applications.
Menu-driven operation with Chinese and English language support
Touch-key operation on the remote display unit for improved user interaction
Built-in self-diagnosis function for real-time fault detection
Multiple measurement algorithms selectable for different working conditions
High resolution with measurement resolution better than 1 mm
Fast response, with a minimum response time of 2 seconds
Automatic temperature compensation, correcting sound velocity variations
Echo curve display, assisting field commissioning and troubleshooting
Ultrasonic level measurement is based on the reflection of ultrasonic waves at the interface between media with different densities, such as air and liquid or solid materials.
The ultrasonic probe emits ultrasonic pulses toward the target surface. When the sound waves encounter the surface of the liquid or material, they are reflected back and received by the probe. The instrument calculates the distance by measuring the transmission time of the ultrasonic signal.
Using the known speed of sound in air, the level or distance is calculated accurately.

Liquid Level Measurement Method
Liquid Level Measurement
For liquid level measurement, the user sets the installation height and measurement mode through the instrument menu.
The liquid level is calculated as:
Liquid Level = Installation Height − Measured Distance
This method allows flexible adaptation to different installation conditions and tank geometries.
The split-type ultrasonic level transmitter is suitable for a wide range of non-contact level and distance measurement applications, including:
Water & Wastewater Treatment
Tanks, channels, pump stations, and reservoirs
Municipal Utilities
Sewage systems, drainage networks, and water supply facilities
Industrial Process Control
Liquid tanks, storage vessels, and process containers
Bulk Material Level Measurement
Silos, bins, and hoppers containing solid materials
Environmental Monitoring
Open channels, water bodies, and environmental level monitoring systems
