Applications
The YD110 Electric Contact Pressure Gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystallizing, and non-solidifying media that do not attack copper alloys, alloy structural steel, or tin-lead solder, including:
-
Liquids
-
Gases
-
Air
Typical application fields include:
-
Industrial pressure monitoring and control systems
-
Pump and compressor control
-
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
Process equipment requiring pressure limit control
-
Alarm and signal transmission systems
-
Measuring principle
The YD110 operates based on the elastic deformation of a Bourdon tube.
When pressure is applied, the Bourdon tube deforms proportionally to the pressure value.
This deformation is transmitted and amplified through a mechanical linkage and gear mechanism, driving the pointer to indicate the pressure on the dial.
At the same time, the moving contact on the pointer interacts with preset electric contact points.
When the pressure reaches the set value, the contacts close or open the circuit, enabling automatic control or alarm functions.
