he YD110 Electric Contact Pressure Gauge is a mechanical pressure measuring instrument equipped with electric contacts for automatic control and signaling.
It is designed for measuring the pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystallizing, and non-solidifying liquids and gases, such as air and industrial process fluids.
When used together with electrical components such as relays or contactors, the gauge can automatically control equipment operation or provide alarm signals when the pressure reaches preset upper or lower limits.
Note: This instrument is not suitable for explosive or hazardous environments.
Pressure Indication & Control in One Instrument
Integrates mechanical pressure measurement with electric contact output for automation.
Reliable Switching Control
Two-position slow-action electric contacts ensure stable and accurate control signals.
Wide Pressure Range
Available measuring ranges from 0–0.4 MPa up to 0–60 MPa to meet various industrial needs.
Flexible Upper & Lower Limit Setting
Adjustable set pointers allow precise pressure range control and alarm triggering.
Standard-Compliant & Durable Design
Manufactured in accordance with JB/T 9273-99, ensuring consistent performance.
Easy Integration with Control Systems
Compatible with relays, contactors, and other electrical control devices.
The YD110 operates based on the elastic deformation of a Bourdon tube.
When pressure is applied, the Bourdon tube deforms proportionally to the pressure value.
This deformation is transmitted and amplified through a mechanical linkage and gear mechanism, driving the pointer to indicate the pressure on the dial.
At the same time, the moving contact on the pointer interacts with preset electric contact points.
When the pressure reaches the set value, the contacts close or open the circuit, enabling automatic control or alarm functions.
The YD110 Electric Contact Pressure Gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of non-corrosive, non-crystallizing, and non-solidifying media that do not attack copper alloys, alloy structural steel, or tin-lead solder, including:
Typical application fields include:
-
Industrial pressure monitoring and control systems
