The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter consists of a plug-in electromagnetic flow sensor and a matched electromagnetic flow converter, forming a complete flow measurement system for conductive liquids in pipelines.
Designed based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, this flowmeter is ideal for flow measurement in large and medium diameter pipelines, especially for existing pipe networks. The insertion structure allows easy installation and removal without stopping the process under low or working pressure, significantly reducing installation cost and downtime.
With no moving parts and a full-bore measuring concept, the flowmeter provides stable, accurate, and reliable measurement. Its performance is not affected by changes in temperature, pressure, density, viscosity, or conductivity (above the minimum requirement), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Insertion-type electromagnetic flow measurement for conductive liquids
No moving parts for long service life and low maintenance
Installation and removal possible without pipeline shutdown (under pressure)
Measurement accuracy unaffected by fluid temperature, pressure, density, or viscosity
Almost zero pressure loss and low energy consumption
Advanced low-frequency square-wave excitation for stable zero and strong anti-interference capability
Wide and adjustable flow velocity range from 1 m/s to 10 m/s
Linear relationship between flow rate and output signal
Supports current output and frequency output simultaneously
